At 7 weeks pregnant your baby is the size of a blueberry:

At 7 weeks pregnant your baby has doubled in size! More facial features are continuing to develop. Your little one’s eyelids are forming, the arms and legs are starting to take shape. Right now they look like little paddles coming off the side of the body.
Symptoms:
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Cramping
- Headaches
- Fatigue
My symptoms for weeks 7 were much like week 6. Nausea was worse, I didn’t feel like doing anything. I was exhausted.
Pro tip:
Eat a little something every 2 hours. I would eat saltine crackers. They saved my life when morning sickness was in full force.
If your stomach is empty you’re going to feel nauseous so even eating something small is going to dramatically help you feel better.
